建議用法：

將飲用水加入水樽，將白色瓶座上的按制按3次，啟動10分鐘的電解製作。10分鐘後製作會自動停止。氫水應在15分鐘內飲用，以免氫氣流失。建議每日飲用1公升或 3 瓶，或按需要飲用更多。製氫8-10次後需要充電 (附上USB充電線)，電池充滿需3-4小時。

With the H Fizz Hydrogen Bottle, we can make our own hydrogen-rich water with a moleclar concentration exceeding 1.5 ppm (or 1500 ppb). After drinking, hydrogen molecules will scavenge free radicals in the body, reduce toxins and inflammation caused by oxidative stress, promote blood circulation, protect cells, and boost energy.

Hydrogen is the smallest molecule among gases, capable of crossing cell membranes and reaching places water cannot, including the blood-brain barrier. It functions in the brain, regulating nerve signal transmission and helping with various neurodegenerative symptoms.

Suggested Use:

Add drinking water (filtered, mineral, distilled or boiled and cooled) to the bottle and press the button on the white base three times to start the 10-minute electrolysis process. The process will automatically stop after 10 minutes. The hydrogen water should be consumed within 15 minutes to prevent hydrogen loss. It is recommended to drink 1 liter or 3 bottles daily, or more as needed. The battery needs to be recharged after 8-10 hydrogen generation cycles (USB charging cable included). A full charge takes 3-4 hours.

Hydrogen concentration, content, and dosage:
H Fizz hydrogen water provides 1.5 ppm (or 1500 ppb) in 10 minutes, equivalent to 1.5 mg of hydrogen per liter. Since the H Fizz bottle capacity is 400 ml, one bottle provides 0.6 mg; two bottles provide 1.2 mg; three bottles provide 1.8 mg; four bottles provide 2.4 mg, and so on. There is currently no definitive medical conclusion on how much hydrogen is needed to obtain the various benefits of hydrogen molecules, but most studies in this area have yielded meaningful experimental results with a daily dose of 0.5-1.6 mg.
