注意事項請看包裝和內說明書，其中一項為「青光眼患者不適宜使用」，經食療主義查詢，發行商負責人表示，此產品並非對青光眼患者有害或不利，但研究顯示沒有效用。另外，開蓋後30天內使用是依循政府關於使用眼藥水的規定。

A registered medicine in Hong Kong, it is made from traditional Chinese medicinal herbs including ginseng, cultured bezoar, and safflower, following principles espoused in Qing dynasty ophthalmology masterpiece Mu Jing Da Cheng (目經大成). It can nourish and protect the eyes from dryness, inflammation, cloudiness, floaters, shadows, photophobia, and various fundus diseases, including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and cataracts.

Many fundus diseases are caused by poor blood circulation, edema, or bleeding in the fundus, and may not be resolved through surgery. "Eye Meridian Clear Drop" dispels stasis to relieve pain, clears heat, detoxifies and enhances blood circulation in the fundus.
