使用方法及注意事項:

- 於浴缸注入舒適溫度的清水時，切勿加入浴鹽、精油或其他添加物。

- 需按照說明書指示為機內水箱注入蒸餾水，並接駁進水管及出水管。主機及所有電源連接位置必須保持乾爽，並置於浴缸外。

- 在連接電源之前，先確保機身的排水孔已蓋緊，而旁邊的排氣口已處於打開狀態。

- 插上電源，開啟系統後，機頂螢幕會顯示內部水的溫度 (Temp °C)、TDS (PPM)，以及時間 (Set Min) 。TDS 代表機內儲水的雜質含量，此數值應為 0，如高於 0，需更換內部水。螢幕右邊顯示內部水位，如亮紅燈，應移除機頂左上角的矽膠蓋並注入蒸餾水，注入足夠水量時 (約1.5公升) ，螢幕會顯示圓圈。

- 此時可按制啟動製氫過程並選擇泡浴時間（15-45 分鐘）。初次使用建議選擇 15 分鐘模式。啟動系統後應將進水管和儲水管置於浴缸水中。

- 如需使用沐浴用品如肥皂、洗髮水、浴鹽、精油、泡泡浴等，必須先停機，並將進水管及出水管兩者均從浴缸水中取出。切勿讓兩條水管接觸含有添加物的浴缸水，以免沐浴產品或雜質被吸入系統。

機身清潔及保養：

- 每星期一次擰開進水管頭，用配置的毛刷刷乾淨並沖洗管頭內的網格。

- 每月一次或有需要時，可排空機內儲水：打開排水孔，接駁上配置的一米長矽膠喉，讓儲水全部排出後，可重新注入新鮮潔淨的蒸餾水。

- 請按照說明書指引操作、清潔及保養。進行「氫氣溫泉」泡浴保持室內通風，並遠離明火。如感到過熱、暈眩或任何不適，請立即停止浸浴。

With the H Fizz Hydrogen Onsen Bath system, an everyday bath can now be transformed into a luxurious spa and wellness experience. Simply fill your bath and allow the hydrogen generator to infuse the water with molecular hydrogen through 2 hoses that provides continuous circulation. One hose draws water into the machine. The other releases hydrogen molecules produced by the machine back into the water.  After 10 minutes the hydrogen concentration can reach up to 3.3 ppm (3,300 ppb), producing health benefits that come from hydrogen's antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

The H Fizz system uses SPE/PEM technology, releasing high-flow molecular hydrogen nano-bubbles that envelop the entire body.  A built-in UV ultraviolet disinfection function provides additional hygiene support. The machine holds the CE mark, guaranteeing high quality.

Hydrogen is the smallest molecule among gases and can enter the body through different channels: drinking hydrogen water through the digestive tract, inhaling hydrogen gas through the upper respiratory tract, and soaking in a hydrogen bath through the skin. Wherever hydrogen molecules go, they can cross cell membranes and reach places that water cannot, helping to increase energy, enhance self-healing ability, and reduce health problems caused by free radicals and inflammation.

Instructions for Use and Precautions:

- Fill the bathtub, making sure the water is at a comfortable temperature, and DO NOT add any bath salts, essential oils, or other additives.

- Fill the internal water tank of the machine with distilled water and connect the inlet and outlet hoses to the machine according to instructions in the manual. The machine and all power connection points must be kept dry and placed outside the bathtub.

- Before connecting to the power supply, first ensure that the drainage hole on the machine body is tightly capped and that the vent beside it is in the open state.

- Plug in the power and turn on the machine. The screen on the machine will display temperature (Temp °C), TDS (PPM), and time (Set Min).  The indicated temperature is that of water in the internal tank. TDS represents the impurity content of that water, and the value should be 0. If it is higher than 0, the internal water needs to be replaced. 

- The right side of the screen shows whether there is enough water in the tank.  If the red light is on, remove the silicone cap at the top left corner of the machine and add distilled water. When sufficient water has been added (about 1.5 litres), the screen will display an animated circle.

- Press the button to start the hydrogen generation process and select the soaking time (15–45 minutes). For first-time use, it is recommended to select 15 minutes. 

- After starting the system, place the two hoses into the bathtub.  The water will be gradually infused with hydrogen molecules. 

- If you need to use soap, shampoo, bath salts, essential oils, bubble bath, etc., you must first turn off the machine and remove the inlet and outlet hoses from the bathwater to prevent impurities being drawn into the system.

Machine Cleaning and Maintenance:

- Once a week, unscrew the inlet hose head and use the provided brush to clean and rinse the mesh inside the hose head.

- Once a month or whenever necessary, drain the internal water tank: open the drainage hole and connect the one-meter silicone hose (provided in the package) to allow all stored water to drain out.  Refill with fresh distilled water.

- Operate, clean, and maintain the system according to instructions in the manual. 

- When taking a "Hydrogen Onsen" bath, keep the room well ventilated and away from open flames. If you feel overheated, dizzy, or experience any discomfort, stop soaking immediately.
