Emile Noel Organic Black Garlic is made by Maison Boutarin from IGP-certified garlic from the Drôme region in France. Slowly matured at low temperatures, the natural process removes the pungent taste of raw garlic and results in a soft, tender texture with a sweet and sour flavor. During the aging process, proteins are converted into amino acids, fats into sugars, and the amount of antioxidant polyphenols is many times higher than in raw garlic, helping to boost immunity, combat fatigue, regulate blood lipids and blood sugar, and promote metabolism.
