英國有機無麩麵包混合粉 Sun & Seed Organic GF Bread Loaf Mix (300g)
英國 Sun & Seed 有機無麩麵包混合粉質地輕盈、煙韌柔軟,無麩但有真正麵包的口感。製法簡單,只需將混合粉加水加油便可享受美味麵包!
不含防腐劑、色素、小麥麩質、大豆或奶製品。
製造方法 :
- 將麵包混合粉倒入大碗中,300克做一份麵包。
- 加入300毫升溫水、1茶匙海鹽、2湯匙特級初榨橄欖油一併攪拌至光滑濃稠的麵糰。
- 用茶巾將碗中的麵糰蓋好,放置在約攝氏25度室溫發酵約一小時。
- 當麵糰尺寸增加一倍後,便可放上已搽上油墊紙的焗盤上。
- 在麵糰上輕輕拍上小量水。
- 然後放入已預熱的風扇焗爐以230C (無風扇焗爐為 240C) 烘烤30-35 分鐘。
- 當麵包底部堅硬,敲擊底部時聽起來空洞時,麵包已烤好。
- 從托盤中取出,放在金屬架上冷卻大概30分鐘便可以食用。

Sun & Seed Organic GF Bread Loaf Mix is a gluten-free delight with soft, airy texture and delectable flavours. Easy to make with addition of water and oil.
Vegan. No soy or dairy, no preservative or artificial colouring.
Ingredients : Rice flour*, potato starch*, tapioca starch*, sorghum flour, psyllium husk and dried yeast. *from organic farming
Cooking instructions:
- Tip the Bread Loaf Mix into a large bowl. 300g makes 1 loaf.
- Add 300ml of lukewarm water, 1 teaspoon of sea salt and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Mix them into a dough.
- Cover the bowl with a tea towel and let it rest for hour in a warm place at around 25C.
- When the dough has doubled in size, tip it into a baking tray lined with lightly oiled baking paper.
- Massage the top of the dough with a drizzle of water.
- Bake in a pre-heated fan oven at 230C (240C for no fan oven) for 30-35 mins.
- The Bread is ready when it is firm underneath and sounds hollow when you tap the base.
- Remove from the tray and leave to cool on a wire rack for at least 30 mins before cutting.
