英國 Sun & Seed 有機無麩意式香草麵包混合粉質地輕盈、煙韌柔軟,無麩但有真正麵包的口感。製法簡單,只需將混合粉加水加油便可享受意式美味!

不含防腐劑、色素、小麥麩質、大豆或奶製品。

製造方法 :

  1. 將意式香草麵包混合粉倒入大碗中,加入300 毫升溫水或植物奶。
  2. 用手動攪拌器攪拌至光滑濃稠的麵糰。
  3. 加入3湯匙特級初榨橄欖油,攪拌至充分混合。
  4. 加入1茶匙海鹽並再次混合。
  5. 在 30cm x 20cm 的烤盤上鋪上烘焙紙,並輕輕刷上油。
  6. 麵糰均勻地倒入托盤中,麵糰上面淋上一茶匙橄欖油。
  7. 蓋上茶巾並放在溫暖的地方進行發酵約1小時或直到其尺寸增加一倍。 
  8. 在預熱的風扇焗爐以 240C (無風扇焗爐為 230C) 烘烤20-35 分鐘。
  9. 當香草麵包底部堅硬,敲擊底部時聽起來空洞時,香草麵包已烤好。
  10. 從托盤中取出。淋上 2 茶匙特級初榨橄欖油,撒上海鹽。
  11. 放在金屬架上冷卻後便可以食用。

Sun & Seed Organic GF Focaccia Mix (Tomato & Oregano) is a gluten-free delight with soft, airy texture and delectable flavours. Easy to make with addition of water and oil. 

Vegan. No soy or dairy, no preservative or artificial colouring. 

Ingredients : Rice flour*, potato starch*, tapioca starch*, sorghum flour*, psyllium husk*, dried oregano*, sun dried tomatoes* and dried yeast.  *from organic farming

Cooking instructions:

  1. Tip the Focaccia mix into a large bowl and add 300ml lukewarm water or plant milk.
  2. Beat with a hand whisk until you have a smooth thick batter.
  3. Add 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and stir until well incorporated.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon sea salt and mix again.
  5. Cover a 30cm x 20cm baking tray with parchment paper and brush lightly all over with oil.
  6. Pour the mix evenly into the tray. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil over the top.
  7. Leave in a warm place to prove, covered with a tea towel for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size. 
  8. Bake in a pre-heated fan oven at 240C (230C for no fan oven) for 20-35 mins.
  9. The Focaccia is ready when it is firm underneath and sounds hollow when you tap the base.
  10. Remove from the tray. Drizzle with 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  11. Leave to cool on a wire rack. Serve warm.
