SURO 有機凍乾接骨木莓是出產於加拿大魁北克省南部，全有機種植。接骨木莓成熟時，以人手採集並即時凍乾保持最佳營養成分及果味。

接骨木是傳統天然舒緩感冒、流感咳嗽、喉嚨痛、上呼吸道感炎的草本良方。豐富抗氧化物增強免疫系統。全年皆宜、可作預防或有需要時用。   

建議用法：

10-13歲 ：每日1-4次，每次2粒

14歲或以上 ：每日2-4次，每次2-3粒

SURO elderberries are organically grown in Southern Quebec of Canada. Elderberries are hand-harvested and immediately frozen to preserve the best nutrients and flavour at the peak of ripeness. 

Elderberries are traditionally used to support the relief of cold or flu symptoms such as coughs, sore throat, and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract.  Excellent source of antioxidants for boost of immune system. Can be used all year round, either preventatively (when traveling) or at any time when the need arises.

Suggested Use: 

10 to 13 years old : Take 2 capsules, 1 to 4 times per day

14 years or older : Take 2 to 3 capsules, 2 to 4 times per day 

Ingredients : Each capsule contains 500mg of organic freeze-dried elderberries (Sambucus canadensis), equivalent to 2500 mg of fresh elderberries in a pullulan capsule.
