建議用法:
將 1-5 顆有機紫錐花放入 500 毫升熱水 (攝氏 80-90度) 浸泡10-15分鐘後飲用,可再回沖兩次依然有效。飲用一星期後應停止直至再有需要,避免持續服用以免過度刺激免疫系統。間歇性飲用最有效提升免疫力。
注意事項:
有自動免疫系統失調、紅斑狼瘡、肺結核等患者不宜飲用,孕婦及幼兒亦不宜飲用。如有疑慮,請先諮詢醫生。
Echinacea is a highly effective herbal plant for boosting immunity, long used in the West as a natural remedy for preventing and alleviating colds at home. Although the petals, leaves, stems, and roots all have therapeutic effects, the most valuable components are concentrated in the flower heads. Steeping the whole flower to make Echinacea infusion is the most direct way to reap its health benefits, far superior to taking extracts as supplements.

Recommended Usage:
Place 1-5 Echinacea flowers in 500 ml of hot water (80-90°C) and steep for 10-15 minutes before drinking. You can steep the same flowers two more times with effective results.
