Made from organic whole apples from Brittany, France. Apple cider vinegar is rich in pectin, Vitamins B and C, folic acid and pantothenic acid, acetic acid and citric acid.

Suggested use:

Shake well, mix 2 teaspoons in a large glass of water to drink.  Best taken during the day, or when needing an energy boost.  Can add honey or maple syrup for delicious taste.  Can also be used with olive oil as a salad dressing.

External use:  Dilute with water in a ratio of 1:1 and use as conditioner for softening hair, and as a skin toner for soothing sunburn and insect bites.
