Sun & Seed uses hand selected organic walnuts to create this smooth and mildly sweet spread. Traditionally stone-ground at low temperatures to protect all of its nutritional goodness, it is an excellent source for Omega 3 fatty acids. 

No gluten, soy or dairy, no preservative or artificial colouring. 

Ingredients : 100% organic raw walnuts

Suggested use: spread on any breads , pancakes, smoothies or turn into a dessert. Oil may separate naturally from butter, stir before eating. Use within 3 months after opening. May contain nut shell fragments. Check out walnut butter recipes.
