英國 Sun & Seed 有機無麩意式香草麵包混合粉質地輕盈、煙韌柔軟,無麩但有真正麵包的口感。製法簡單,只需將混合粉加水加油便可享受意式美味!
不含防腐劑、色素、小麥麩質、大豆或奶製品。
製造方法 :
- 將意式香草麵包混合粉倒入大碗中,加入300 毫升溫水或植物奶。
- 用手動攪拌器攪拌至光滑濃稠的麵糰。
- 加入3湯匙特級初榨橄欖油,攪拌至充分混合。
- 加入1茶匙海鹽並再次混合。
- 在 30cm x 20cm 的烤盤上鋪上烘焙紙,並輕輕刷上油。
- 將麵糰均勻地倒入托盤中,在麵糰上面淋上一茶匙橄欖油。
- 蓋上茶巾並放在溫暖的地方進行發酵約1小時或直到其尺寸增加一倍。
- 在預熱的風扇焗爐以 240C (無風扇焗爐為 230C) 烘烤20-35 分鐘。
- 當香草麵包底部堅硬,敲擊底部時聽起來空洞時,香草麵包已烤好。
- 從托盤中取出。淋上 2 茶匙特級初榨橄欖油,撒上海鹽。
- 放在金屬架上冷卻後便可以食用。

Sun & Seed Organic GF Focaccia Mix (Rosemary & Thyme) is a gluten-free delight with soft, airy texture and delectable flavours. Easy to make with addition of water and oil.
Vegan. No soy or dairy, no preservative or artificial colouring.
Ingredients : Rice flour*, potato starch*, tapioca starch*, sorghum flour*, psyllium husk*, dried rosemary*, dried thyme* and dried yeast. *from organic farming
Cooking instructions:
- Tip the Focaccia mix into a large bowl and add 300ml lukewarm water or plant milk.
- Beat with a hand whisk until you have a smooth thick batter.
- Add 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and stir until well incorporated.
- Add 1 teaspoon sea salt and mix again.
- Cover a 30cm x 20cm baking tray with parchment paper and brush lightly all over with oil.
- Pour the mix evenly into the tray. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil over the top.
- Leave in a warm place to prove, covered with a tea towel for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
- Bake in a pre-heated fan oven at 240C (230C for no fan oven) for 20-35 mins.
- The Focaccia is ready when it is firm underneath and sounds hollow when you tap the base.
- Remove from the tray. Drizzle with 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Leave to cool on a wire rack. Serve warm.
